Brown Corundum 320# Is Used For Sandblasting Grinding Process
1. Product Introduction
Brown corundum is used bauxite, coke (anthracite) as the main raw material, which was smelt by high temperature in the arc furnace. Abrasive blasting has the characteristics of short grinding time, high efficiency, good benefit and low price. The product has moderate hardness, high toughness, good self-sharpening, low sand consumption, recycle and reuse, and good grinding finish. The chemical composition is stable, wear-resisting, acid and alkali resistance. The abrasives have conchoidal structure, sharp edges and corners, which can form new edges and corners in the continuous grinding, so that its grinding ability is better than other abrasives. 3. Characteristic
1). Less dust
Brown corundum was used as sandblasting surface treatment, because of its relatively high density, so that is less dust in the process of sandblasting.
